This page covers every money operation your jnetotot account supports — from adding funds to requesting a payout and matching your wallet record to the account history. We accept DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS and local bank transfer, and each method is accessible from the Banking tab inside your account once you are logged in.
Every banking action on jnetotot runs through account-level controls designed to protect your funds and your identity. We apply domain verification so you always interact with the real jnetotot site, wallet ownership checks that confirm the e-wallet you withdraw to matches the name on your account, and a support path that is named and reachable when you have a question. These four controls are how we keep your balance safe from the deposit step through to the final payout.
Domain Verification
Always access jnetotot through jnetotot. We do not operate through mirror links or third-party redirects. If a link looks unfamiliar, close it and navigate directly to the official domain before logging in or entering any payment detail.
Identity Verification
When you complete account verification, you submit a government-issued ID that is checked once. This step protects your account from unauthorized withdrawal requests and is required before your first payout is processed. The verification form is inside your account under Verify Account.
Wallet Ownership Check
The DANA, OVO or GoPay account you register for withdrawals must be in the same name as your jnetotot account. This one-to-one match is a security control — it prevents any payout from leaving to a wallet that does not belong to you.
Support Contact Path
If a transaction is delayed or a status does not update, contact our Indonesia support team through the live chat icon in your account dashboard. Have your transaction reference number ready — our team uses it to locate the record and advise on next steps.
ADDING FUNDS
Deposit Funds Into Your jnetotot Account
Adding money to your jnetotot balance starts at the Banking tab inside your account — no separate app and no third-party cashier page. We support DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS and local bank transfer, so you can use whichever e-wallet sits on your phone already. After you select a method, the screen shows the exact fields to complete: your deposit amount, the wallet or bank details, and a confirmation step.
Log In and Open the Deposit Tab
Log in to your jnetotot account at jnetotot and navigate to the Banking menu. Select the Deposit tab — this is where all funding options are listed.
Choose Your Local Payment Method
Pick DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS or bank transfer from the method list. The screen updates to show the fields and minimum amount for the method you select.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Type in your deposit amount, review the summary screen, then confirm. For QRIS, open your e-wallet app and scan the code shown. For bank transfer, use the reference number displayed so the payment is matched to your account.
Balance Reflects in Your Account
Once the wallet or bank confirms the transfer, your jnetotot balance updates. You can verify this in Transaction History — the deposit entry shows the method, amount and a timestamp.
PAYOUT PATH
Request a Withdrawal From Your Account
Withdrawals move your jnetotot balance back to the e-wallet or bank account registered on your profile. The path starts at the Withdraw tab inside Banking — the same menu you used for deposits. Before your first withdrawal, your account verification must be complete; the Withdraw tab will prompt you if it is not. We support DANA, OVO, GoPay and local bank transfer as payout destinations.
Open the Withdraw Tab
From the Banking menu, select the Withdraw tab. If your account verification is incomplete, the tab will redirect you to the Verify Account section first — complete that step before returning here.
Select Your Payout Destination
Choose DANA, OVO, GoPay or bank transfer from the available options. Confirm the account name on the destination matches the name registered to your jnetotot account.
Enter the Amount and Submit
Type the amount, review the destination and total on the confirmation screen, then submit the request. The entry appears in Transaction History with a Processing status straight away.
Track the Status in Transaction History
Check Transaction History for a status update. When the payout is released, the status changes to Completed and the funds appear in your registered wallet or bank account.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verify Your jnetotot Account Identity
Account verification on jnetotot is a one-time step that unlocks the full withdrawal path and confirms that your account belongs to you. We ask for a government-issued photo ID — a national identity card (KTP) or passport — and a document that matches the name on your registered DANA, OVO or GoPay account. Submitting these through the Verify Account section means our team can confirm the ownership match before any payout is processed.
Open Verify Account in Your Dashboard
Log in and go to the Verify Account section in your account settings. The form lists exactly which documents are required and the accepted file formats for upload.
Upload a Government-Issued Photo ID
Submit a clear image of your KTP or passport. The name on the document must match the name you used when registering your jnetotot account.
Confirm Your Registered Wallet Name
Provide confirmation that your DANA, OVO or GoPay account is registered to the same name. This wallet ownership step is required before any withdrawal is processed.
Wait for Verification Status to Update
After submission, check the Verify Account section for a status update. Once approved, your withdrawal path is active and the Withdraw tab in Banking becomes fully operational.
LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS
Supported Local Payment Methods for Deposit and Withdrawal
jnetotot banking is built around the e-wallets and payment rails that Indonesia users already have on their phones. DANA and QRIS are the most direct paths — DANA for standard top-up and QRIS for scan-to-pay from any compatible app. OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay and LinkAja are also available. For those who prefer bank transfer, that route is listed alongside the wallets in the deposit and withdrawal menus.
DANA
Deposit and withdrawal via DANA e-wallet. Enter your DANA account details in the Banking tab and confirm the transfer in your DANA app.
QRIS
Scan the QRIS code shown on the deposit screen using any compatible e-wallet app including DANA or GoPay. Payment confirms on the wallet side and updates your balance.
OVO
OVO is available for deposit and withdrawal. The destination account name must match your jnetotot registration before a payout to OVO is processed.
GoPay
Use GoPay for deposit via the Banking tab or as a withdrawal destination. GoPay is also QRIS-compatible, so you can scan deposit codes directly from the GoPay app.
ShopeePay
ShopeePay is listed as a deposit method in the Banking menu. Select it, enter the amount, and complete the payment inside your ShopeePay app when prompted.
LinkAja
LinkAja deposits are supported through the Banking tab. Follow the on-screen fields for the amount and confirmation step — the same flow as other e-wallet methods.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Your Wallet Record to Your jnetotot Account History
Every deposit and withdrawal on jnetotot creates a record in Transaction History — the log inside your account that shows what moved, when it moved, and the current status of each operation. When you complete a DANA or QRIS deposit, both your wallet and your jnetotot account generate a reference. Keeping those two references together means you can reconcile any discrepancy quickly. The four details below are what matters when you are checking a transaction or raising a question with support.
Transaction Reference Number
Every deposit and withdrawal is assigned a reference number at the point of submission. This number appears in Transaction History and in your e-wallet's payment record. Write it down or screenshot it — support needs it to locate the specific transaction if you raise a query.
Status Labels Explained
Transaction History shows three main status labels: Pending (submitted, awaiting wallet confirmation), Processing (confirmed by the wallet, moving through the payout queue) and Completed (funds settled). If a deposit shows Pending for longer than expected, check whether the payment was confirmed on the wallet side first.
Account History as the Primary Record
Transaction History in your jnetotot account is the authoritative record of what your balance has received and sent. If your wallet shows a deduction but your jnetotot history shows nothing, the transaction reference from your wallet is the key piece of evidence to share with support.
Evidence to Keep for Disputed Transactions
For any transaction you want to follow up on, keep: the transaction reference number, a screenshot of the wallet payment confirmation, the amount and the timestamp. These four details let the support team trace the payment path without delays and resolve the status accurately.
BANKING FAQ
Common Questions About jnetotot Banking
These are the questions we hear most often about deposits, withdrawals and account verification on jnetotot. Each answer reflects the actual process inside the account — not a generic payment description.
Which e-wallets can I use to deposit on jnetotot?
DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay and LinkAja are all supported for deposits. QRIS is also available if you prefer to scan a code from your e-wallet app. Each method is listed in the Banking tab after you log in, along with its current minimum deposit amount.
Why does my deposit show as Pending in Transaction History?
Pending means the deposit was submitted but the wallet confirmation has not yet reached our system. Check your DANA, OVO or GoPay app to confirm whether the payment left your wallet. If it did, keep the wallet reference and contact support through live chat with that reference ready.
What do I need to complete account verification before withdrawing?
You need a government-issued photo ID — KTP or passport — with a name that matches your jnetotot account registration. You also need to confirm that your registered DANA, OVO or GoPay wallet is in the same name. Upload both through Verify Account in your dashboard.
Can I withdraw to a different DANA account than the one I used to deposit?
The withdrawal destination must match the identity on your jnetotot account. If you want to change your registered wallet, contact support before submitting a withdrawal — submitting to an unmatched account name will result in the request being held for manual review.
What is the minimum amount I can deposit or withdraw?
Minimum amounts are shown in the Banking tab at the point you select a payment method — they are not fixed values we publish here because they can change. The live figure in your account is always current and applies to the specific method you choose.
My withdrawal status has been on Processing for a while. What should I do?
Do not submit a second request for the same amount — a duplicate creates a manual review and extends the wait. Instead, take the transaction reference number from Transaction History and bring it to live chat support. The team uses that reference to locate and update the status.
